WE UNDERSTAND,
WE'VE BEEN THERE TOO.

US ARMY MAJ (RET.) BRIAN E. ANDERSON.

hello, my name is

Maj (Ret.) Brian E. Anderson

I believe in transparency and honesty. I have experienced my own difficulties and challenges in life after 22 years in the U.S. Army and 10+ years in Law Enforcement. I am in recovery from PTSD and substance abuse. Nobody wakes up one morning and decides to abuse substances and destroy their lives. It just happens. We are not weak, defective, useless, worthless, morally corrupt, or any other disparaging comments often said about individuals with a Substance Use Disorder. We are loving individuals that are just hurting inside.

Just as each one of us are unique with our own individualistic personalities, I too believe therapy should be tailored to the individual. There is no one model that fits everyone.

I have served in the Military with three combat deployments and in Law Enforcement. I have undergone my own psychotherapy to address the trauma and hurt that comes along with these careers. This journey has led me to dedicating my life to helping others experiencing similar difficulties.

I don’t have all of the answers, but I do know the way out.

F.A.Q.

“Viribus” is Latin, meaning “With all your might” and/or “Strength.”  This word was chosen for the name of my work because I believe that it takes great strength to face the challenges that we all face in our lives.  Especially from our service in the Military or Emergency Services.  Unfortunately, this service often leaves us with difficulties in our lives that very few fully understand.  That is why this company was founded.  As the motto states, “You’ve been there, We’ve been there.
